Howard Stern Tribute To Gilbert Gottfried To Air This Weekend On SiriusXM Howard 101

GILBERT GOTTFRIED's 122 appearances on "THE HOWARD STERN SHOW" will be aired this weekend on STERN's SIRIUSXM HOWARD 101 channel as STERN marks the passing of one of his most frequent and popular guests. "HOWARD STERN REMEMBERS GILBERT GOTTFRIED," airing from 10a (ET) SATURDAY through SUNDAY evening, will include STERN's hour-long eulogy from WEDNESDAY's show. GOTTFRIED, who passed away this week (NET NEWS 4/12), first appeared on STERN's show in 1987 and became a staple on the show with raucous impressions of ANDREW "DICE" CLAY and BELA LUGOSI.

“I thought GILBERT was one of the most naturally funny, most gifted human beings on the planet,” STERN said. “I have a really fond place in my heart for GILBERT…. He was terrific, he was a master of his craft.”
