Michael Nemcik Named Acting Legal Advisor To FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr

FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Wireline Competition Bureau Competition Policy Division Attorney Advisor MICHAEL NEMCIK is moving to FCC Commissioner BRENDAN CARR's office as Acting Legal Advisor. NEMCIK, a formere intern for CARR, will fill in for DANIELLE THUMANN while she is on maternity leave.

“I am very pleased to welcome MICHAEL back to the office as an Acting Legal Advisor,” said CARR. “I greatly appreciated the work he did while he interned here during law school, and I am proud of his accomplishments since then, including joining the FCC full time through the attorney honors program. His experience in the Wireline Competition Bureau will be an asset to the office while DANIELLE spends this important time with her growing family. I look forward to drawing on his advice and counsel.”
