MERUELO MEDIA Spanish Top 40/Rhythmic KLLI (CALI 93.9)/LOS ANGELES borrowed one of sister Top 40/Rhythmic KPWR (POWER 106)'s hosts for a vacation fill-in, as POWER 106 morning "POWER MORNINGS WITH LETTY AND TEDDY" co-host LETTY PENICHE sat in on CALI to cover afternoon host MELISSA RIOS' shift through TODAY (5/23).

“The DODGERS and ANGELS have the ‘freeway series’; we have our own “hallway series,” aaid MERUELO MEDIA VP/Audio Brands HAZ MONTANA. “We thought a scooter or shoes with wheels would expedite the long 53 second walk from the POWER 106 studio to the CALI 93.9 studio, but LETTY’s got this -- she’s a supermom and a super jock, so she is showing us how to juggle family and work.”

PENICHE said, “Low key, my ‘cool’ points with my tias and tios went up just by covering a few days on CALI 93.9. I love POWER 106 music and CALI 93.9 music, so I’m having so much fun tapping in to both sides of who I am." She added, “Shout out to all the people who work two jobs and play mommy, daddy or both. I’m glad I can be a part of their entertainment on two stations in LA while my supermom and super jock friend MELISSA RIOS is off for a few vacation days."
