CMA Releases '56th Annual CMA Awards' Ballot Schedule

Almost Time To Cast Your Ballot

The COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION (CMA) has released the ballot schedule for “The 56th Annual CMA Awards" in NOVEMBER. The eligibility period is JULY 1st, 2021 to JUNE 30th, 2022. All voting for the CMA AWARDS will be conducted online. The nomination ballot and instructions will be emailed on WEDNESDAY, JULY 6th to CMA members in good standing who are eligible to vote. Voting for the nomination ballot closes JULY 15th at 6p (CT).   

The second ballot will be emailed to CMA members on AUGUST 3rd, and voting for that round closes on AUGUST 16th at 6p (CT). The final nominees in each of the 12 categories will be announced later this summer.    

Winners of “The 56th Annual CMA AWARDS” will be determined in a final round of voting by eligible voting CMA members. The third and final ballot will be emailed to CMA members on OCTOBER 3rd, and ends on OCTOBER 28th at 6p (CT).

To vote in all three rounds of “The 56th Annual CMA AWARDS,” prospective CMA members must apply for membership by JUNE 1st here.

Eligible CMA members may now submit applications here for the 2022 CMA BROADCAST AWARDS in the categories of Broadcast Personality, Station and National Broadcast Personality of the Year. Broadcast Award winners will be notified in early OCTOBER and recognized at “The 56th Annual CMA Awards” ceremony.

Additionally, CMA’s Industry Honors submission period remains open here through SUNDAY, JULY 3rd.
