  MINNESOTA PUBLIC RADIO MPR NEWS Managing Editor SARAH GLOVER has been named VP/News and Civic Dialogue at WHYY INC, News-Talk WHYY and PBS affiliate WHYY-TV/PHILADELPHIA and their digital operations, beginning JULY 25th.
  GLOVER, a former staff photographer at the PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER and PHILADELPHIA DAILY NEWS and an editor at NBC O&O WCAU-TV (NBC 10), is replacing SANDRA CLARK, who exited in FEBRUARY; Audio Program Manager JOHN MUSSONI has been serving as interim VP/News & Civic Engagement since CLARK's departure.
