XM Gets SEC

XM SATELLITE RADIO inks a new five-year deal for XM to be the the official satellite radio provider of the SOUTHEASTERN CONFERENCE.
XM will air SEC football, basketball and other sports under the pact, including this week's men's basketball tournament and a full slate starting this FALL for ARKANSAS, GEORGIA, KENTUCKY, MISSISSIPPI STATE, MISSISSIPPI, and TENNESSEE, followed by SOUTH CAROLINA in FALL 2008 and FLORIDA in FALL 2009. The SEC previously had deals with SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO.
