Bugg Out At 'The Ump'

CUMULUS Sports WUMP-A (SPORTSRADIO 730 THE UMP)/HUNTSVILLE morning co-host HAROLD BUGG exits as the station expands its carriage of ESPN RADIO's MIKE GREENBERG and MIKE GOLIC morning show to the full four hours, starting FRIDAY (3/9). APD ZACK BENNETT tells ALL ACCESS that BUGG's co-host BRETT BEAIRD is staying with the station as an AE.

Meanwhile, sister Talk WVNN-A & F will serve as flagship for indoor football af2's TENNESSEE VALLEY VIPERS this season. Games that don't conflict with WUMP's coverage of minor league baseball's HUNTSVILLE STARS will be simulcast on WUMP as well. WVNN aired the VIPERS last season, although WUMP was classified as the flagship.
