BE Hosts HD Engineering Presentations At NAB 2007

BROADCAST ELECTRONICS will present four technical papers and host the NAB HD RADIO Reception during NAB 2007. Throughout the week, BE will present these engineering papers at the NAB Broadcast Engineering Conference to address practical solutions to key HD RADIO operational issues such as:
* Implications of advanced HD services on station workflow, which will be the focus of BE VP/Studio Systems RAY MIKLIUS' presentation during the "Multicasting for Radio" session on SUNDAY, APRIL 15, starting at 10a. * Transmission pre-correction techniques, which will be discussed by BE VP/Engineering & Technical Services RICHARD HINKLE during the "RF Implementation for HD RADIO" session, held SUNDAY, APRIL 15, at 2p.
* STL bandwidth and network issues for multicasting, which HINKLE will discuss on MONDAY, APRIL 16, starting at 11:30a, during a panel session entitled "STL Bandwidth Requirements for Radio."
* Optimizing data and audio performance in the multi-platform radio operation, which BE VP/Strategic Marketing NEIL GLASSMAN will discuss on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 18 as part of the "Emerging Broadcast Technologies" session, starting at 10a.
