RIAA Celebrates 2022 Gold, Platinum First-Timers In #RIAAClassOf2022

The RECORDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA has released the "#RIAAClassOf2022" list of the 39 artists who earned their first Gold, Platinum, or Diamond certifications in 2022. The group released 41 singles reaching Gold or Platinum in the year.

A total of 16 Pop singles, 10 from the R&B/Hip-Hop genre, eight from Country, four from Alternative and one each from Americana/Folk, Christian/Gospel and Dance/Electronic music were added to the Gold and Platinum program. Country artist BAILEY ZIMMERMAN produced two of the seven Platinum singles with "Rock And A Hard Place" and "Fall In Love."
