ALL ACCESS reported on FRIDAY about the lawsuit against TAXI PRODUCTIONS Urban AC KJLH/LOS ANGELES and co-owner STEVIE WONDER (NET NEWS 3/16) by a former GSM who claims he was fired for raising questions about "plugola" and an alleged sexual harassment incident.
Now, MARTY SINGER, attorney for KJLH and STEVIE WONDER, responds with the following statement:
"The lawsuit filed against KJLH and STEVIE WONDER by REGINALD THOMAS JR. is completely unfounded. Unfortunately, following his termination for cause after working at KJLH for five months, MR. THOMAS came forward with these meritless claims. KJLH and all of the defendants named in the lawsuit expect to be fully vindicated in court when the fictional claims made by MR. THOMAS are dismissed."
