Randi P'Pool Named To Mentoring & Inspiring Women In Radio Board

RANDI P'POOL has been named to the Board Of Directors of MENTORING & INSPIRING WOMEN IN RADIO. She previously served three years as a volunteer on the MIW PR committee, and replaces longtime Board member and former national spokeswoman DENYSE MESNIK, who is upped to the MIW Advisory Council. 

In 2020, P’POOL founded P’POOL MEDIA, a media marketing and public relations company. With more than 23 years of experience in the broadcast industry, she began her radio career on a morning show in YAKIMA, WA, before moving to SALT LAKE CITY, where she worked as a Promotions Director and on-air personality for nearly 10 years. She was then recruited to PORTLAND, OR, to serve as Dir./Marketing for ALPHA MEDIA. Within a few years, she was promoted to Corporate VP/Marketing for the company. In 2019, she moved to APTIVADA (now AUDIENCE) as Chief Marketing Officer. 

MIW Board President RUTH PRESLAFF commented, “We are so lucky to have someone of RANDI’s caliber join our Board. She has worked diligently on the PR Committee and has earned this Board seat.  Knowing RANDI, I suspect we’ll get a lot done and have a whole lot of fun doing it! That said, I will miss working side by side with my dear friend and now Advisory Council member DENYSE MESNIK. She has given immeasurably to this organization and can’t be thanked enough.”
