FCC's Martin Makes Staff Changes

FCC Chairman KEVIN MARTIN makes a few changes among his personal staff, with Legal Advisor on Media Matters HEATHER DIXON exiting and MICHELLE CAREY, presently Legal Advisor for Wireline Issues, taking over DIXON's position. IAN DILLNER moves over from Commissioner DEBI TATE's office, where he has been serving as Legal Advisor, to return to MARTIN's staff as Legal Advisor for Wireline Issues, replacing CAREY.
While DILLNER transitions to MARTIN's office, ERIKA OLSEN will serve as Acting Wireless Advisor and NICK ALEXANDER will serve as Acting Wireline Advisor.
Copps' Top Advisor Exits
And Commissioner MICHAEL COPPS announced that his Senior Legal Advisor and advisor on media issues JESSICA ROSENWORCEL is exiting to join the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation as Senior Legal Counsel.
BRUCE GOTTLIEB, COPPS' advisor on spectrum and international issues, will serve as primary point-of-contact for media issues, while SCOTT DEUTCHMAN will serve as advisor on competition and universal service issues. Chief of the Spectrum and Competition Policy Division of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau JOHN BRANSCOMBE will assist COPPS on spectrum and international issues.
