New Partnership

Independent label +1 RECORDS has formed a strategic, global partnership with EXCELERATION MUSIC. With the deal, EXCELERATION has made an investment in +1’s catalog and will provide the resources and operational support to help power the label’s upcoming releases. 

Co-founder and CEO JONNY KAPS will lead +1 RECORDS into the future and artists will continue to have the personal support of the label’s dedicated team. +1 RECORDS Co-founder NAT HAYS BOAS has exited to pursue other opportunities as the company embarks on this new chapter. As a strategic partner, EXCELERATION will provide +1 RECORDS with best-in-class support in distribution, marketing, operations, administrative services, and more for its past and future releases. 

KAPS said, “+1 RECORDS has always been different. We are an independent record label that comes from a management perspective, specializing in artist development.
