WPOZ Has Big Numbers At Easter Events

Christian AC WPOZ (Z88.3)/ORLANDO joined FAMILY CHRISTIAN CENTER/CLERMONT, FL, on SATURDAY, APRIL 7, for their annual EASTER egg hunt. Several egg hunts for various age groups took place with 60,000 eggs hunted total. Over 1,500 people attended the free community event, and SCOTT SMITH and TYLER McKENZIE from the “Z88.3 MORNING SHOW” broadcast live throughout the day.

Then on EASTER morning, SUNDAY, APRIL 8, WPOZ hosted its annual “EASTER SUNRISE SERVICE” at SEAWORLD ADVENTURE PARKS in ORLANDO. This year over 5,500 people attended the service filling the BAYSIDE ARENA and overflow area to capacity. SMITH and McKENZIE from the morning show hosted the service. Actor KIRK CAMERON was the guest speaker, AL DENSON led worship and ECHOING ANGELS ended the service with music from its new album.
