FCC Commissioner MICHAEL COPPS has announced that JOHN BRANSCOMBE, who has been working with COPPS on spectrum and international issues, will be returning to the post of Chief of the FCC’s Spectrum and Competition Policy Division.
"JOHN has helped us through some very busy times over the past six months," says COPPS. "Having his knowledge and good judgment to draw upon has made a world of difference. Personally he has been a joy to work with. I have often said that the FCC has this city's best and brightest, and JOHN BRANSCOME is shining proof of that."
