LAN INTERNATIONAL announced at the NAB conference that it will offer to the radio industry VIERO TRANSACT, a solution for exposing available inventory to an expanded pool of advertisers. VIERO TRANSACT is a structured form of communication which enables customers to easily process all types of media buys, Internet CPM, terrestrial and national, from virtually any location. VIERO TRANSACT is designed to improve inventory monetization, lower the costs associated with Internet buys and simplify sales processes when used in conjunction with the VIERO suite of revenue management tools.
Its traffic-centric approach tracks current available inventory and historical usage, recaptures inventory not sold by GOOGLE, and places advertisers into that availability.
LAN INTERNATIONAL Pres./CEO SHARON BLANKENSHIP commented, "VIERO TRANSACT allows any radio station the ability to comprehensively manage their advertising inventory, as well as integrate directly into GOOGLE’s ADSENSE for Audio service. It is a broadcast traffic-based approach that provides deeper transparency of both sold and unsold inventory."
AdSense for Audio gives stations a direct link to advertisers they've never really been able to reach before," said GOOGLE ADSENSE Business Product Manager RUSSELL KETCHUM. "Working with the VIERO team, we've made great strides towards expanding the number of stations that can take advantage of this new source of ad dollars."
