Veteran programmer TIM MURPHY has started a new consulting service for programmers, station managers and air talent. The company will be called FRESH EARS, and MURPHY tells ALL ACCESS that he'll be charging $30 for an hour of audio. "For that you will get a report of opportunities and strengths with possible action items," says MURPHY, who has programmed and consulted such stations as KMPS/SEATTLE, WSM-F/NASHVILLE, KKBQ/HOUSTON, KZLA/LOS ANGELES and KPLX/DALLAS.
