As previously arranged in a plea bargain, former Talk KRCN-A (RADIO COLORADO NETWORK)/DENVER "BUSINESS FOR BREAKFAST" co-host SCOTT CORTELYOU pleaded guilty MONDAY (4/23) to a felony charge and will have to register as a sex offender. CORTELYOU is unlikely to serve jail time for the two class 5 felony charges of trying to lure who he thought was a 12-year-old girl into sex on the Internet.
CORTELYOU, 53, a veteran news and business anchor/reporter at several DENVER stations including KOA-A, KHOW-A, KKZN-A, KIMN, KMJI, and KMGH-TV, was arrested in JANUARY.
