A settlement has been reached in the lawsuit by CBS RADIO against Talk KCAA-A/SAN BERNARDINO-RIVERSIDE, reports the RIVERSIDE PRESS-ENTERPRISE. The station has agreed to end its replays of CBS' cancelled DON IMUS show on FRIDAY (4/27) as previously scheduled, and CBS will not seek the $150,000-per-episode damages it had sought for the broadcasts.
The parties will present the settlement plan to U.S. District Judge VIRGINIA PHILLIPS on MONDAY (4/30).
