Peter Smyth Receives Humanitarian Award

GREATER MEDIA President/CEO PETER SMYTH will receive the Humanitarian Award from the 100 CLUB of MASSACHUSETTS on TUESDAY, MAY 8 at the PARK PLAZA HOTEL in BOSTON. SMYTH was chosen in recognition of his continued support and service to the BOSTON Community.
Past recipients of the award have included President JOHN F. KENNEDY, BOSTON CELTICS President "RED" AUERBACH, Speakers of the House THOMAS "TIP" O'NEILL II and JOHN MCCORMACK, astronaut and EASTERN AIRLINES Pres. FRANK BORMAN, JAY LENO, NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS Pres./CEO/owner ROBERT KRAFT and all-pro running back RON BURTON, baseball commissioner BOWIE KUHN, heavyweight boxing champ GENE TUNNEY and Cardinal RICHARD CUSHING.
