Price For CC-Bicoastal Oregon Deal: $37 Million

The deal in which CLEAR CHANNEL is selling its MEDFORD, EUGENE, and ALBANY-CORVALLIS, OR clusters to BICOASTAL MEDIA now has a price, as the formal filing of the sale with the FCC cites a $37.179 million purchase price for Talk KMED-A, Country KRWQ, Oldies KLDZ (KOOL OLDIES 103 FM), Top 40 KIFS (KISS 107), and Rock KZZE/MEDFORD; Classic Country KTHH-A (990 THE LEGEND), Talk KEJO-A (JOE RADIO AM 1240), Rock KFLY, Talk KLOO-A, Classic Rock KLOO-F, and Country KRKT (CRICKET COUNTRY)/ALBANY-CORVALLIS; and Top 40 KDUK, Oldies KODZ (KOOL 99.1), and Talk KPNW-A/EUGENE, plus associated FM translators. The deal also includes an LMA.

In another deal filed with the FCC, LINDA C. CORSO, the licensee; RICHARD L. POTYKA's K-COM, the tower and transmitter site owner; and TRI-MEDIA, the studio owner, collectively sell Country KRDE (THE RIDE 94)/GLOBE, AZ to SUNBURST MEDIA for $6.45 million.
And SOUTH ARUNDEL CITIZENS FOR RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT INC. ("SACReD") transfers the license for its noncommercial low-power WRYR-LP/SHERWOOD, MD to WRYR COMMUNITY RADIO INC. for no monetary consideration. The transferee's directors are the same people who presently operate the station for SACReD.
