Air America Relaunches With New Ad Campaign, Website

The New Look

AIR AMERICA RADIO is relaunching the network with a new ad campaign, "I'm an Air American!" with a revamped website and a new ad campaign featuring actor PAUL NEWMAN. 

The new image, to be launched MONDAY (5/21), will include the airing by all network hosts of over 30 taped interviews with prominent liberal figures like candidates HILLARY CLINTON, BARACK OBAMA, JOHN EDWARDS, and BILL RICHARDSON; GLORIA STEINEM; RALPH NADER; HOWARD DEAN; GEORGE STEPHANOPOLOUS; TED SORENSEN; actors ROBERT REDFORD and LIEV SCHREIBER; playwright TONY KUSHNER; former AAR host AL FRANKEN; NEW YORK Gov. ELIOT SPITZER; Reps. HENRY WAXMAN (D-CA), CHARLIE RANGEL (D-NY), ANTHONY WEINER (D-NY), and LOUISE SLAUGHTER (D-NY); Sens. DICK DURBIN (D-IL), RUSS FEINGOLD (D-WI), JOHN KERRY (D-MA), and JACK REED (D-RI); CALIFORNIA Attorney General JERRY BROWN; and LOS ANGELES TIMES journalist RON BROWNSTEIN. Network hosts will be blogging on the new site, with NANCY SCOLA hired as "chief blogger."
