Price For Cherry Creek Wenatchee Deal: $3.4 Million

The price tag for the recently announced deal in which CHERRY CREEK RADIO is buying Talk KPQ-A, Classic Hits KPQ-F (QUAKE 102.1), and Country KWNC-A (REAL COUNTRY 1370)/WENATCHEE, WA from WESCOAST BROADCASTING is $3.4 million. The price was disclosed in the contract included in CHERRY CREEK's filing of the deal with the FCC.
In other deals filed with the Commission, BANKS-JACKSON BROADCASTING CO. INC. is selling Classic Country WJJC-A/COMMERCE, GA to ROBIN JORDAN's SIDE COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $240,000.
And CAROL A. BROWN is transferring her interest in VISION BROADCASTING, owner of Silent KPXS/VIDALIA, LA, to the FOSTER CHARITABLE FOUNDATION INC., successor to the estate of KENT FOSTER (75% equity owner of VISION), for $7,500 and discharge of liabilities.
