Debut Broadcasting Goes Public

DEBUT BROADCASTING CORPORATION, parent company of NASHVILLE's IMPACT RADIO NETWORKS and IMPACT MEDIA STUDIOS, has completed a reverse merger that allows the company to be traded publicly on the NASDAQ bulletin board as DBTB. The change is effective today (6/4). President JIM WOOD has been named Chairman of the new company, and EVP/COO STEVEN LUDWIG has been upped to President.
In other company news, they have filed a petition with the FCC to purchase two radio clusters in MISSISSIPPI and approval is pending. A VP/Radio Operations is expected to be announced in the coming days. Stay tuned for more details.
