DUGAN said, "I'm excited to join a company that is dedicated to helping other programmers and managers succeed using the same tools and state-of-the-art technology that helped me succeed in some of the most difficult radio battles. I am looking forward to working with PINNACLE MEDIA's great team of professionals."
Regarding COWEN's exit, President/CEO BOB LAWRENCE noted, "DAN has been a valuable asset to our team and will be missed. We wish him the very best of luck with his new endeavors."
COWEN said, "The past nearly six years with the PINNACLE team have been most rewarding and enlightening, and I can't wait to apply those lessons in my next opportunity."
