Dan Hart Appointed MTV Digital SVP/GM; Two Others Upped

MTV DIGITAL has named DAN HART Sr. VP/GM. He was previously VP/Online Games Strategy & Operations for MTV NETWORKS and will now be responsible for building upon the growth that MTV.com has experienced this year; delivering integrated experiences that link programming across all screens; furthering music programming on MTV.com; and leading new product development in the digital space.
HART reports to MTV President CHRISTINA NORMAN and MTV NETWORKS MUSIC GROUP President/Entertainment BRIAN GRADEN and works on digital strategy and initiatives under the oversight of MTV NETWORKS MUSIC GROUP Exec. VP/Digital Music COURTNEY WILLIAM HOLT. HART will also work with Exec. VP/MTV Multi-Platform Production, News & Music DAVE SIRULNICK.
In related news, MTV DIGITAL has promoted PAUL J. DeBENEDITTIS to VP/Operations and COLIN HELMS to VP/Programming.
