Beck Expands In Cincinnati

CUMULUS Talk WFTK (SUPERTALK 96.5)/CINCINNATI has dropped the last hour of MANCOW MULLER's syndicated morning show in order to carry all three hours of PREMIERE's GLENN BECK from 9a-noon ET.
The addition of an extra hour on WFTK and his upcoming "AN INCONVENIENT TOUR" live show are pleasant distractions for BECK as a CLEVELAND PLAIN DEALER report suggests that Rep. DENNIS KUCINICH (D-OH) has consulted a lawyer over BECK's lampooning of the presidential candidate as reminiscent of Gollum from "THE LORD OF THE RINGS" and saying that KUCINICH's wife must have been under the influence of a date rape drug if she found the politician attractive.
And a report in the WASHINGTON POST that suggested BONNEVILLE Talk WTWP-A & F (WASHINGTON POST RADIO)/WASHINGTON is considering adding BECK has drawn the attention of the COUNCIL ON AMERICAN-ISLAMIC RELATIONS, which has instructed its members to pepper WTWP's JOEL OXLEY with "polite comments." CAIR has also asked its members to send emails to management at BONNEVILLE's Talk KIRO-A/SEATTLE to protest host DORI MONSON's discussion of whether employers can deny Muslims jobs because of their faith.
