NORMAN BROADCASTING CO. is selling Talk WGNU-A/GRANITE CITY, IL-ST. LOUIS to BURT W. KAUFMAN and DIRK L. HALLEMEIER's RADIO PROPERTY VENTURES LLC for $1.3 million. The buyer also owns Religion KXEN-A in the market.

In other sales filed at the FCC, MID AMERICA AG NETWORK INC. is selling Sports KGND-A and Country KITO-F (COUNTRY 96)/VINITA, OK to KXOJ INC. for $1.8 million ($1.4 million in a promissory note).
And SCOTT POWELL is selling 50% of his interest in the construction permit for a new AM station in ELKO, NV to FRED WEINBERG AND ALAN MISHKIN's ELY RADIO LLC for $25,000. The sale creates a joint venture called ELKO AM to build and operate the new station. ELY owns KWNA-A-F/WINNEMUCCA, NV and KELY-A/ELY, and WEINBERG and MISHKIN own KRLV-A/LAS VEGAS.
