A WATERTOWN, NY radio jock will be in the 2008 edition of the GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS, reports WWTI-TV. DYLAN WALDNER, 15, does a SATURDAY-afternoon on-air shift for COMMUNITY Top 40 simulcast WBDI & WBDB (THE BORDER)/WATERTOWN, which covers northern NEW YORK and southern ONTARIO.
WALDNER, known on-air as "BILLY BALLISTIC," said he filled out an online form for GUINNESS officials about six months ago and figured he'd been rejected. Then THURSDAY (6/21) he got an official notification that his claim of being "The Youngest Internationally Heard Radio Personality" had been accepted as a world record.
