Universal Music Group Publishing Appoints Two In Nashville

UNIVERSAL MUSIC PUBLISHING GROUP has announced that Exec. VP/GM PAT HIGDON will lead the newly combined NASHVILLE division. HIGDON, who is based in MUSIC CITY, will continue to report to Chairman/CEO DAVID RENZER. The announcement follows the closing of UMGP acquiring BMG MUSIC PUBLISHING, making it the largest publishing company in the world.
Also announced today is the appointment of RON STUVE as VP/A&R-Special Projects. STUVE, formerly VP/A&R & GM at BMG MUSIC PUBLISHING, will report to HIGDON.
