  Police in RONAN, MT have arrested a man posing as NOEL HAGGARD, son of Country legend MERLE HAGGARD.
  The man, 48-year-old MARK SAMS, was signing autographs and charging people to have their picture taken with him this past SATURDAY (7/7) outside the VALLEY CLUB lounge. He was arrested on a bad-check charge and also has a warrant outstanding in MARYLAND.
