UMGD Names Three VPs In Digital Group

UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP DISTRIBUTION (UMGD) has expanded its digital team with the appointments of ADAM FLICK to VP/Marketing-Digital, LAURA SAEZ to VP/Sales-Digital and GABRIEL LEVY to VP/Product Development. The announcement was made today by UMGD Pres. JIM URIE and EVP/GM Digital Distribution AMANDA MARKS. FLICK, SAEZ and LEVY report to MARKS.
"These appointments further fill out our digital ranks," stated URIE. "As the industry continues to transition to digital, the combination of our mobile and online sales teams strengthens our ability to serve our artists and partner labels with the most extensive suite of services, while remaining nimble enough to fully capitalize on the many new opportunities evolving in the digital retail marketplace."

Prior to joining UMGD, FLICK served as VP/Marketing for UNIVERSAL MUSIC MOBILE. Most recently SAEZ served as VP/Digital Strategy & Sales for RHINO ENTERTAINMENT. Formerly LEVY served as GM/Label Relations, Worldwide for REALNETWORKS.
