CC Spinoffs: Goodman Out, Warshaw In?

Talk is spreading that DEAN GOODMAN is no longer involved in the purchase of several stations from CLEAR CHANNEL and that CONOISSEUR MEDIA CEO JEFF WARSHAW, who had been advising GOODMAN's backers AMERICAN SECURITIES CAPITAL PARTNERS on the deal, will be taking over as head of the ultimate licensee of the stations, although WARSHAW has yet to confirm his end of the arrangement.
The split would not affect GOODMAN's separate purchases of several Midwestern stations, and GOODMAN would reportedly retain the GOODRADIO.TV name for his company. No paperwork to change the $452.1 million deal to reflect a new CEO and name has yet been filed at the FCC.
