GEORGE REED's MSG RADIO is buying Spanish Hits WIAC-F (SISTEMA 102)/SAN JUAN and its boosters in PONCE and CEIBA from LUIS A. MEJIA for $4 million in a promissory note.

In other deals filed with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying an FM construction permit allocated to MORTON, TX from MORTON COCHRAN COUNTY EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION for $425,000 ($250,000 cash, $200,000 in a promissory note).

And EDGEWATER BROADCASTING INC. is selling FM translator K257EU/CHILDRESS, TX to GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH OF AMARILLO for $20,000 cash. The buyer plans to use the translator to rebroadcast AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION's noncommercial KBAH/CHILDRESS, TX.
