Cumulus Puts Battle Creek Spinoff Into Trust
August 27, 2007 at 6:21 AM (PT)
CUMULUS has filed to place Talk WBCK-A/BATTLE CREEK, MI into a trust with STRATUS RADIO, LLC as trustee in order to comply with ownership limits after the swap that sent CLEAR CHANNEL's ANN ARBOR and BATTLE CREEK clusters to CUMULUS. The trust has been directed to sell the station to an independent third party, and the station will be operated by the trust until that sale so that CUMULUS can fit under present ownership caps.
Settlement Sends Stations To Calvary Chapel Of Twin Falls
