TRIANGLE SPORTS BROADCASTERS, LLC, which recently sold WTSB-A/SELMA, NC-RALEIGH, one half of its Sports simulcast, has sold the other half, WDUR-A/DURHAM, to FILIBERTO PRIETO's PRIETO BROADCASTING, INC. for $900,000. PRIETO also owns Regional Mexican WETC-A (LA REGIA 540)/WENDELL-ZEBULON in the RALEIGH-DURHAM market and operates DAVIDSON's WTIK-A/DURHAM, which simulcasts WETC, under an LMA.
In other deals filed with the FCC, CALVARY COMMUNITY CHURCH OF CONEJO VALLEY INC. transfers the construction permit for low-power FM KNJR-LP/WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA to CONEJO RADIO MINISTRIES for no consideration.
SPIRIT MEDIA sells FM translator K289AL/CORTEZ, CO to SOUTHWEST COLORADO TELEVISION TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION for $2,500.
BOOM BOX, LLC sells three WEST VIRGINIA FM translators -- W242BD and W266AZ/BECKLEY and W264BM/MOUNT HOPE -- to SOUTHERN COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION for $214,000. The three translators will rebroadcast Top 40 WCIR-F/BECKLEY.
RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY sells FM translator W254BE/CENTRALIA, IL to W. RUSSELL WITHERS, JR. for $5,000. WITHERS will use the translator to rebroadcast Country WMIX-F/MT. VERNON, IL.
