More Clear Channel Deal Paperwork Filed With FCC

CLEAR CHANNEL sticks another pair of stations in the ALOHA STATION TRUST, with Oldies WQOL (OLDIES 103.7)/VERO BEACH and Talk WMEQ-A/MENOMONIE, WI being placed in the trust holding several CLEAR CHANNEL licenses pending approval of the company's deal to go private. CLEAR CHANNEL has also added Rock WRQK (ROCK 106.9)/CANTON, OH and Adult Standards WMHG-A (MAGIC 1600)/MUSKEGON, MI to the list of stations to be transferred to the new private CC entity (temporarily named BT TRIPLE CROWN MERGER CO., INC.); the two stations were picked up from CUMULUS subsequent to the merger application.
In addition, the price for CLEAR CHANNEL's sale of Talk KELA-A and Country KMNT/CENTRALIA, WA to BICOASTAL MEDIA LLC has been revealed in the paperwork filed with the FCC as $4.175 million.
In other station deals filed with the FCC, CHRISTIAN ACTION TEAM INC. sells noncommercial Contemporary Christian KNGM/EMPORIA, KS to GREAT PLAINS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. for $32,000.
TRI-CITY RADIO, LLC is selling Religion WMCH-A/CHURCH HILL, TN to Dr. KENNETH C. HILL's WMCH RADIO, INC. for $55,000 plus a time-brokerage agreement before closing. The deal gives HILL four stations in the TRI-CITIES, TN-VA market.
And FLAGSHIP COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling Talk WNWF-A (FOX 1120)/DESTIN, FL to JOHN RALLS' ANDALA ENTERPRISES, INC. for $215,000.
