Two More Stations Sold By Crawford To Son

CRAWFORD BROADCASTING sells another pair of its stations to the son of the company's president, with Religion WDCD-A and Contemporary Christian WPTR (PULSE 96.7)/ALBANY, NY going from CRAWFORD's KIMTRON, INC. to DONALD B. CRAWFORD JR.'s DJRA BROADCASTING, LLC for $4.050 million. The younger CRAWFORD previously bought Adult Standards KCMN-A (LEGENDS 1530) and Religion KCBR-A/COLORADO SPRINGS and Adult Standards KAAM-A (LEGENDS 77)/DALLAS from subsidiaries of the family company.
In another deal filed with the FCC, TODD DENEUI is selling Contemporary Christian KAAI (AIR ONE)/PALISADE-GRAND JUNCTION, CO to COVENANT EDUCATIONAL MEDIA, INC. for $800,000 cash.
