BBC's Kershaw Pleads Guilty To Harassment, DUI Charges

BBC RADIO 3 World Music show host ANDY KERSHAW pleaded guilty in an ISLE OF MAN court to charges that he harassed his former girlfriend in violation of a restraining order and also drove drunk. KERSHAW was arrested on AUGUST 29th for trying to call JULIETTE BANNER, the mother of two children with KERSHAW, in violation of an AUGUST 1st restraining order, and was also arrested for DUI on SEPTEMBER 4th. The host must observe the original restraining order, will not be allowed to drive a car, is under a curfew, and must stay away from places serving alcohol while on bail awaiting an OCTOBER 19th hearing.
"I've lost my kids, I've lost the woman I love, I've lost everything," said KERSHAW to reporters outside the court. "I just want peace and quiet."
