Linder Buys Another Three Eagles Spinoff

THREE EAGLES COMMUNICATIONS is spinning off the recently-acquired Sports KYSM-A (1230 THE FAN)/MANKATO to JOHN LINDER's MINNESOTA VALLEY BROADCASTING COMPANY for $700,000 plus an LMA. LINDER previously bought Classic Rock KXLP/NEW ULM, MN from THREE EAGLES, another spinoff from THREE EAGLES' purchase of CLEAR CHANNEL's MANKATO cluster.
In other deals filed with the FCC, BEREAN BAPTIST CHURCH is transferring low power WLJX-LP/SPRINGFIELD, IL to ABUNDANT FAITH CHURCH for no consideration; MIKE HOOKS is selling FM translator W266BJ/AUBURN, AL to HUGHEY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $2,244; EDGEWATER BROADCASTING INC. is transferring W286AS/SEAFORD, DE and W286BB/OCEAN PINES, MD to WXXY BROADCASTING, INC. for no consideration; and THE CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY is transferring W257EQ/LOGAN, OH to HARDWARE MONKEY for no consideration.
