Price For Nebraska Deal: $1.775 Million

The price for JAY VAVRICEK and ALAN USHER's LEGACY BROADCASTING's recently-announced purchase of three SCOTTSBLUFF-GERING, NE stations from MICHAEL TRACY's TRACY BROADCASTING CO. is $1.775 million. The stations, which are being operated by LEGACY under an LMA that commenced SEPTEMBER 1st, are Classic Rock KMOR-F, AC KOZY-F, Talk KOLT-A and Oldies KOAQ-A. KOZY recently moved to KMOR's 101.3 FM spot, and KMOR dropped Country and moved to 93.3 FM, the new frequency for the former KOZY-F, which moved from 103.9 FM.
Also showing up in the FCC database TODAY: THE PRINCIPLE BROADCASTING NETWORK NEW YORK, LLC files the paperwork to buy brokered Spanish Religion WLIE-A/ISLIP, LONG ISLAND, NY from STUART HENRY's LONG ISLAND MULTIMEDIA, LLC for an undisclosed price. PRINCIPLE, then owned by the late OTTO MILLER, announced the purchase and started LMAing the station on JANUARY 1st.
WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP, INC. sells another FM translator, this time selling W231BU/EAST UNION, TN to FOREVER SOUTH LICENSES, LLC for $6,300.
