An Evening To Benefit Tracey Thomas
October 12, 2007 at 4:15 PM (PT)
Ex-BONNEVILLE AC WILV (LOVE FM)/CHICAGO Local Sales Mgr. TRACEY THOMAS, was stricken with kidney failure shortly after being restructured out of her sales position she had for more than seven years.
TRACEY also previously did sales at crosstown CBS RADIO AAA WXRT (93XRT).
Back at BONNEVILLE, sister Classic Hits WDRV (97.1 THE DRIVE) PD PATTY MARTIN, who also worked with TRACEY at 'XRT, shared the unfortunate news with ALL ACCESS, "She's struggling to get healthy enough for a kidney transplant, is on kidney dialysis among other things. Her COBRA insurance will run out early next year, and she's undergoing the kind of treatments that would bankrupt anyone in a matter of months (and obviously can't work yet)."
On OCTOBER 18th, there will be "AN EVENING TO BENEFIT TRACEY THOMAS" at PARK WEST, featuring POI DOG PONDERING. There are a limited number of $200 VIP tickets for a 5:30-7pm reception with appetizers and champagne. The 8p concert tickets are $100 at the door. Click here for tickets and more details.
