Industry network and programming management expert JIM LAMARCA has launched a new consulting firm, LAMARCA STRATEGIES, a strategic content development company helping media outlets build a larger and more loyal audience with outstanding talent and services.
"I’ve heard from so many radio and new media people over the last several months, looking for input on new projects, services and content, so it made sense to work with the best ones on an ongoing basis," said LAMARCA.
LAMARCA brings over 20 years of strategic management, programming and sales experience to the venture. He was most recently VP at GREENSTONE MEDIA and previously COO/EVP at JONES RADIO NETWORKS where he was instrumental in the success of DELILAH, LIA and many other well known syndicated programs for music and talk stations.
"I am specializing in the development of cross platform opportunities, creating larger audiences and monetizing those eyes and ears. Radio is alive and well, but we have to bring exceptional content to the audience on the net, the phone and via other delivery mechanisms as well. The hard part is finding the right content that cuts through. I know how to make that happen and I also know how to make it profitable," LAMARCA adds.
