Report: Vitruvian, VSS Forming Joint Bid For U.K.'s Emap Radio

U.K. private equity firm VITRUVIAN and U.S. firm VERONIS SUHLER STEVENSON are partnering on a bid for the radio division of the U.K.'s EMAP, according to a report in THE DAILY TELEGRAPH. Second round offers for the stations are due by the end of the month, with GLOBAL RADIO also bidding and GCAP MEDIA possibly interested as well.
EMAP's stations include the KISS FM and MAGIC FM brands.
