HOCHMAN HAWAII PUBLISHING, INC. is buying the construction permit for a new FM at WAILEA-MAKENA, HI (at MAUI's southeastern coast) from JON E. ROBINSON's JER LICENSES, LLC for $600,000 cash. The new station will be a class C3 at 96.7 FM. HOCHMAN owns interests in five other HAWAII stations, with the new CP only overlapping one, Oldies KONI/LANAI CITY, LANAI, which broadcasts from a tower on MAUI near the site of the CP. The translators will rebroadcast Spanish Religion KTNR/KENEDY, TX.
And IMMANUEL BROADCASTING NETWORK is selling FM translator W261BG/MORROW, GA to RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. for $16,676. The translator will rebroadcast Contemporary Christian WVFJ (J-93.3)/MANCHESTER, GA-ATLANTA.
