Slacker Introduces 'Premium' Service And New Players

SLACKER launches "SLACKER Premium Radio," which gives customers access to all the features and capabilities of the SLACKER Basic Radio service, plus the ability to skip an unlimited number of songs while playing their favorite SLACKER Radio stations.
"SLACKER Premium Radio is for those who want even more control over their radio listening experience," said CEO DENNIS MUDD. "We're particularly excited by the save song feature in Premium Radio, which lets people build a library of their favorite music without having to work at it."
SLACKER also introduced the world's first truly portable personalized radio players. SLACKER Portable Players in 15, 25 and 40 station capacities extend the personal radio experience of the free SLACKER Basic Radio and Premium Radio services.
"With the SLACKER Portable Radio Player, for the first time, people can play their personalized radio stations wherever they go," said MUDD. "We've created a groundbreaking portable music device that lets people play their favorite music without working at it, whenever they want to listen."
