Station Sales: Montana CP, Washington Noncomm, Texas Pair

RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE, LLC is selling KXGZ/FRENCHTOWN-MISSOULA, MT to GAP BROADCASTING for $500,000. The deal is being assigned to GAP from CLEAR CHANNEL, which had the original deal to buy the station. GAP's GAP WEST sister company has launched the station under an LMA with a Country format as GRIZ COUNTRY 101.5 under PD SHAWN KOZLOSKI.
In another deal filed at the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying the construction permit for noncommercial KFIO/EAST WENATCHEE, WA from DOUGLAS COUNTY EDUCATIONAL RADIO ASSOCIATION for $100,000 cash.
And LIVING WORD CHURCH OF BROWNWOOD, INC. is donating Contemporary Christian KPSM (K99.3 FM THE VOICE) and noncommercial Religion KBUB/BROWNWOOD, TX to BLM OF BROWNWOOD, INC.
