CBS Announces Management Appointments In Four Markets

CBS RADIO has announced several key staff appointments in PHILADELPHIA, WASHINGTON, D.C., DETROIT and WEST PALM BEACH. The new assignments are effective immediately.
MARC RAYFIELD has been named SVP/Market Mgr. of CBS RADIO’s five stations in PHILADELPHIA. In addition to serving as VP/GM of Sports WIP-A, RAYFIELD will take on the same responsibility at Talk WPHT-A, as well as oversee the direction of the entire cluster of stations in the market.
JIM LOFTUS, VP/GM of Oldies WOGL, assumes the additional role of Dir.,/Sales working with CBS RADIO’s five stations in the PHILADELPHIA market. DAVID YADGAROFF continues as VP/GM of News KYW-A and Rock WYSP.

JEFF HEDGES has been appointed VP/Dir. Sales for CBS RADIO WASHINGTON, D.C., where he will oversee sales at the Company’s five stations in the market -- Talk WJFK, Tropical WLZL, Gospel WPGC-A, Top 40/Rhythmic WPGC-F and Classic Rock WTGB. He had most recently been VP/Sales of WJFK, WLZL and WTGB.
Leading CBS RADIO’s sales efforts in DETROIT will be DEB KENYON, who also serves as VP/GM of Smooth Jazz WVMV and Country WYCD.

West Palm Beach
Radio veteran ROLF PEPPLE returns to CBS RADIO after a five-year absence as SVP/Market Manager for the Company’s five-station cluster in WEST PALM BEACH. He was most recently VP/Market Mgr. of NEXTMEDIA’s stations in NORTH CAROLINA. This new position provides him with direct oversight of AC WEAT, Country WIRK, Top 40/Rhythmic WMBX, Urban AC WNEW and Alternative WPBZ.
