Report: Broadcasting Board Of Governors' Glassman Gets New Post

BROADCASTING BOARD OF GOVERNORS Chairman JAMES K. GLASSMAN is expected to be named Undersecretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs, replacing President BUSH's longtime advisor KAREN HUGHES in the post, according to a report by ASSOCIATED PRESS.
GLASSMAN's new job involves outreach to people in other countries through the media and P.R. campaigns. His appointment is expected to be announced on FRIDAY.
