ALL ACCESS sends congratulations to LINCOLN FINANCIAL AC WLYF (101.5 LITE FM)/MIAMI morning diva (and pool shark) SUSAN WISE on her engagement to graphic designer HOWARD KALOS. HOWARD (who also owns the MIAMI franchise of the AMERICAN POOL PLAYERS' ASSOCIATION) popped the question over the weekend during a surprise trip to the FLORIDA KEYS. SUSAN immediately said "Yes!" -- later rationalizing, "This'll give me a year's worth of material for the morning show!"

An OCTOBER wedding is planned.
